Awad is a seasoned executive with over three decades of leadership in the petrochemical and industrial sectors. A Chemical Engineering graduate from King Saud University, he began his career at SABIC, steadily rising through leadership positions in manufacturing. He later held key executive roles, including Vice President of Manufacturing for Yanbu, Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing, and Executive Vice President of Technology & Innovation and Shared Services at SABIC.
His career reflects a proven track record in operational excellence, strategic transformation, global R&D leadership, and corporate governance. Awad has chaired the boards of major joint ventures and contributed to academic-industry collaboration through advisory roles at leading Saudi universities.
He now brings his executive insight and strategic acumen to the consulting world, supporting organizations in solving complex industrial and organizational challenges.
